Centronuclear Myopathy

Centronuclear myopathy (CNM), also known as Hereditary Myopathy, is the result of a recessive mutation. Clinical features of CNM include hypotonia, generalized muscle weakness, abnormal postures, stiff hopping gait, exercise intolerance and increased collapse when exposed to cold.
